Love the pretzels, they are great! A little bit pricey, but delicious! The cheese dipping sauce is so so, but the sweet mustard is amazing!
I want to start off by saying I really like the pretzels, but I want to share the shady practices by this Auntie Anne's specifically and I am appalled by the worker's behavior. I placed an order for a small original pretzel bites and classic cheese dip. Instead on the counter was a large original and a cheese dip, however, what I was charged for was a large cinnamon pretzel bite and cream cheese dip. Not sure what atmosphere to comment on except for the middle of the mall. The person was so busy and barely had time to speak to us. Maybe a little help for people when it's spring break in the future. It wasn't her fault completely. Always good buttery food and yummy frozen lemonade. A little expensive for what it is but that's business. Love the smells that fill up the whole mall and makes you want to go there. Best marketing you could have!
