our custard was half melted. you should not be able to drink a concrete mixer!

quite a few cars left, tired of waiting..
online and carry out orders are missing items 90% of the time.
I keep giving this location another chance but they keep disappointing. Got home to eat dinner only to find out they didn’t give us our fries. I understand that everyone is short staffed, and food takes longer (25 minutes) in the drive thru, but there’s no excuse for constantly getting an order wrong or forgetting to add all the items.
