“Visiting from Nebraska and we stopped to get food to-go and I was absolutely blown away!!! I lived in Nashville for 25 years and have eaten at many BBQ joints, and this was hands down the best BBQ I've ever passed through my pie hole!!! The portions were huge, the flavor was epic!! “Very nice restaurant. French toast was excellent made with French bread with some cinnamon on it. Portion of scrambled supposed to be 2 eggs was small. Service was very good. Jeff is a great server. Friendly and very helpful. Took good care of us he made the experience fun. Strawberry sundae was GREAT.”

“my friends Meghan and Adam told me if i want a great burger, i got to go to Charlie's. so on saturday i decided to check it out. i got a tall captain and coke, ordered the charlie burger with steak fries to go. when i got home i ate it and they were right. the charlie burger was the best burger i have had in a long time. i'm going to get another one tomorrow.”

“The food is always hot and fresh. Really too bad they don't make the salad with fresh greens like advertised on their website. I believe a couple of years ago they switched to bagged lettuce. Don't really get the salads anymore due to that. Sometimes overcook the shrimp but otherwise a very good experience with great food”

“We (5 people)showed up around 1:45 pm unaware of their hours(out of towners)...Waitress told us their hours but said it was ok to serve us...Needless to say we were there approximately one hour...Waitress,manager were great to us..Food was fablous too.. 4 star rating..We look forward to going there multiple of times while visiting Janesville.”

“Decided To Stop In For Lunch Based On A Recommedation From A Friend... We Arrive & See The Parking Lot Jammed Packed. I Told My Daughter Must Be Worth It If Parking Lot Is Jammed Packed. We Walk Into Business & Was Greeted Immediately Upon Arrival. The Inside Was Packed With Other Patrons & They Had A Line Waiting To Order. We Waited About Eight Minutes From Time Walked In The Door Until Placing Our Order. We Ordered Two Drinks: White Chocolate Strawberry Latte & Vanilla Protein Shake. We Got Our Drinks & Were Given The Wrong Drink. We Were Given A Tropical Smoothie Instead Of The Vanilla Protein Shake. They Were Busy & Had A Line So We Just Chalked It Up & Took The Drink They Gave Us. We Also Ordered A Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl & A Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl Was Amazing...Full Of Flavors & Good Portions. The Chicken Salad Sandiwch Was Good But Feel Like When They Toast The Bread They Should Put Either Some Mayonnaise/Honey Mustard/Etc On It Before Placing The Chicken Salad. Well The Chicken Salad Was Good. There Was Hardly Any Grapes Or Celery In The Mix Like It Suggested On The Menu & The Bread/Toast Was Dry. Despite Those Few Things We Enjoyed Our Visit & Food. Overall Rating: 8/10”

“Whenever I go here I always get their beer battered mushrooms, they are delicious. The portion sizes a pretty good considering the prices. Also, if you go during the day there's a little cat robot server if you like that kind of stuff.”
