Neighborhood bar. I guess it would be named a "dive" bar but that seems disrespectful. It is a no frills, worn, tried and true Wisconsin tavern. Lots of beer and booze have crossed the bar over the decades. We stopped in for a drink and enjoyed ourselves. Bartender was a blonde woman, don't know if she was Juli the owner, but whoever she was she was very warm, cheerful and outgoing. Made us feel at home in her business.
