When ordering online for pickup, they're very very inconsistent. For some reason they don't understand what cut in half means. Ask for mayo packets 9 out of 10 times I get none. The only reason I keep coming back is they do have a good sandwich. I like the bread. I'll just quit tipping.

Twice now I've ordered my sub to have sliced pickles on it and they throw me the one on the side. Be meticulous with your order or they'll charge you an extra $1.59 instead of a free sliced pickles option. Why a whole pickle is a side is just weird anyways, must be why they have it so they can charge almost 2 bucks like this. Very shady when people just want sliced pickles in their sub
