I came in yesterday and agentleman made me my bowl. He was very upbeat, great attitude, and made a great bowl. He must be newer, because I come in pretty regularly, and this is only my 2nd time seeing him. As soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing to greet me and get started on my food. A+ service. Sunday 10/22 2:00pm. I have been to dozens of Qdobas throughout the US and have never run across an operation so poorly managed. Owner should be embarrassed. Four customers in the building when I arrived (including me), at least four employees, seating for 48 and not one clean table. Every table or eating surface has crumbs, minor spills, or both. My nephew actually convinced me to try this place months ago after it opened in janesville. I was very skeptical but it turns out I truly enjoy the food. I personally love getting the streak bowl, with extra steak and then black bean, brown rice, and any other side I choose. There's many different choices, and you can make it how you want it. The restaurant is small but has plenty of seating. Great workers.
