“Best Subway location I've ever been to. I've been going here for my lunch break ever since I started working down the road at Johnson Health Tech, 4 years now. I always get the mini pizza with loaded veggies, some of the veg I like added before and after heating, and have a somewhat strange order. It's always made to my preference, to perfection! The one staff member (forgive me I forget his name, but he has black spiky hair and all the pins on his hat) is always so kind, wears a smile, always asks me if I want the extra fixings like the oregano and parmesan dusting after it comes out of the oven. I know it's easy to get worn down after many years of being in customer service (I'm in customer service myself, not every day is easy to put on a smile), but he's doing it right! ? So grateful for this little shop.(Ps to anyone reading, the other recent one star reviewer you can ignore because she clearly can't read signs that are clearly displayed in plain view on how they honor old coupons. Once a Karen, always a Karen lol.)“
“Out of all the JJ's this is my personal fave because of the drive-thru close to where I live. Yes there are better places for deli sandwiches but I have to give them credit for maintaining the chain consistency plan so that you know what your going to get whenever you walk into any of them and the prices are still decent too. So why is it the Madison area only has 3 JJ's with drive-through's out of all of the stores in this area and all of them are located either on the edge of town or out of it? Since Covid I don't do walk in's so if a place don't have a drive-through I go to one that does even if its a few miles out of my way. Corporate needs to do something about this. The Waunakee store is on my way home from work and the Cottage Grove store is only 4 miles from where I live and those are the ones I go to, either way, always good consistent food, no its not like a "real deli" but the concept works and it is healthy.“
“Always delicious. Fresh made hot subs are the subs to go for. Philly and cheese will be your favorite. You can get mushrooms onions and peppers, and since it's made fresh for you, you can ask for any ingredient to go light if you choose.“

“The food here is delicious. The two sandwiches we ordered were amazing. Even my daughter, who doesn't like melted cheese on ham, loved hers.There was a slight mix up with regards to whether my daughter wanted a combo or not, but the manager easily and cheerfully sorted it out after he was done making the food.Great establishment, great food, and a manager that keeps up the cheerful banter and staff instructions while he works.I'll be back!“
“Went here for a sandwich on the day that Jersey Mike's gives all money from purchases to charity. We got our sandwiches to go as it was very busy and seating was tight. I ordered the #6 which is the Roast Beef and Provolone my companion ordered the #13 The Original Italian we ordered them in the giant size which with the size of them was 3 meals for us. Both sandwiches were as advertised well loaded with meat sliced fresh and with the toppings of our choice and all those toppings were fresh and excellent we had the sandwiches made on white bread and they were both absolutely great both for our lunch when we got them home but also for the breakfast and lunch the next day. We'll done Jersey Mike's.“
“I ordered 4 subs for dinner. Each sub had its own different toppings and everything was perfect. The bread was awesome and I would recommend this place anytime. I ordered the subs for pickup. I sent the order around 11am but didn't want to pick it up until 4pm. The order was ready, fresh and great!“
“Tonight , Oct 21 st 2023 around 6:30 pm my wife and I stopped in for subs . We live just a bit away from this store and have been there many times . We thought tonight was the best service, most personable time ever . I should have asked for their names . So hopefully the owner can see this and find out who was working and please give them a huge pat on the back . “I got food at 9:30 AM on April 25th I didn't catch the woman's name but she was outstanding with the way that she handled service and the care that she put into making the sandwich she actually put the time into making sure that it was made right so that it would taste the best it possibly could She clearly really cares about any work she does and makes even making a sandwich an art form I was really grateful for this experience you guys have a great person working for you. And the shredded rotisserie chicken was delicious I've never been at a Subway that did this She said she shredded it herself and clearly puts love into The food Highly recommend“
