Ordered food and it was supposed to be delivered within 25 minutes. I did not get my food for over an hour and had to call to check on the status. This is not the first time this has happened. On top of it, the bread was hard and stale.
Bad service, no cheese on our meatball sandwiches and the counter person fixed her hair while preparing the order.
This location has a hissy fit about big orders and they are beyond unprofessional. My sister ordered six subs for our large family in the drive through and they berated her and said it would cause them to run out of bread and said orders that size had to be made inside. She had no idea this was a concern and all they needed to say was “in the future for bigger orders, please come inside” but they were incredibly rude for a honest mistake from a busy and stressed mom.
