“First time dining here. Great food and atmosphere. On a side note… To a beautiful lady. You were the beautiful woman dining—maybe with your mom—at “a restaurant by the river”. We locked eyes, shared a smile, and you held the door for me as we walked out. I wanted to introduce myself but got a little nervous. When you turned around after walking away, I knew I missed my chance. If you see this, I’d love a second one.”

“Visited the Wisconsin Dells location and it absolutely did not disappoint. The flavors were authentic, rich, and incredibly delicious. “First time eating here and have to leave a review. We waited about 35 minutes since it was busy, but it was worth the wait! We ordered the pretzel with beer cheese and mustard, the beer cheese had a nice kick to it. Also ordered a single smash burger which was one of the best I’ve had and bun was really moist. Got the shroomer pizza to share and although it was thin it was still stretchy and very good, no complaints! We will be back”

“I recommend Anna Pizza if your in the area. I myself have problems with my stomach and have to be on a KETO DIET and I order a very thin crust. I may not eat the crust but there topping and cheese are so delicious and good and they don't bother my tummy either. I think it's because they must use real or high quality products. I love there Pizza. I myself give them 5 stars.”

“My team of 8 came here for lunch today. (I was the only one who had been here before.) They all LOVED it! Most got the gyros with fries lunch. They said the fries were perfectly crisp. One was even new to gyros, and she thought her meal was delicious! I had the chicken shawarma quinoa bowl - outstanding! Highly recommend. They even have gluten-free pita. Thank you! But if looking for croissants I’d recommend going after 10 am I was really looking forward to it but after waiting still wasn’t available and was told about 30 mins when I got there ! But it’s a very quiet place for those who want coffee, good grilled cheese as I overheard costumers talking about how good their sandwich was!”

The food quality is consistently poor, and any time you try to offer constructive feedback, the owner, Adam, becomes defensive and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, he’ll tell you that you “don’t know what you’re talking about” and promise to refund your order — a promise he never follows through on. This is by far the worst Glass Nickel Pizza location I’ve experienced. With so many better pizza options in Sun Prairie, I regret giving them multiple chances. Do yourself a favor: reheat a frozen pizza. It’ll taste better, and you won’t have to deal with Adam’s attitude.”

“I have only visited the Sun Prairie location since October 2023. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and my son, who is very particular about his French Toast, says it's his absolute favorite. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Chai is my favorite when I'm out and about. Don't forget to ask for the cheesy potatoes!”

“I wanted to recognize Will for great customer service. When I went through the drive-thru, he accidentally forgot to hand me my ice cream cone at the payment window. Instead of waiting until my food was ready or hoping I wouldn't notice, he actually ran outside to bring me my cone while I was waiting.
As he handed it to me, he noticed it had started dripping. He immediately ran back inside, grabbed some napkins, and then ran back out to make sure I had them before I left. It was such a small gesture, but it really stood out to me. He could have easily handed me the cone and walked away, but he took the extra step to make sure I wasn't stuck with a melting, messy ice cream cone. Thanks, Will!”

“Sat at the bar to eat and have a drink. People were friendly. We went here a while ago and the food was good so we returned. It's updated, remodeled and apparently has new ownership, but same name, same food. It was pretty good. We live further away so not a frequent stop, but we'd come back again.”

“I want to start this review saying that I sure hope the manager that's Not Steven doesn't treat the employees like he treated us. We were headed to our hotel when other hockey team members called and said they were headed to Nitty-gritty to eat. We had seen the ads at the hockey rink and turned around and were the first ones there. I walked in and Not Steven asked how many. I explained I thought about 20-25 from our team were coming. He told us that he could not accommodate all of us in one area, that he had several teams coming in that had set reservations. He told us we should have made reservations months ago and made us feel like a complete inconvenience. I had never been to Sun Prairie and wouldn't have any idea of that. We waited for our friends and eventually Steven moved us together, after Not Steven seemed to go out of his way to spread us across the whole building. I'm so glad that we did not just leave due to the way we were treated by Not Steven. Our server was Joe I believe. He was attentive and polite and did a wonderful job. Honestly all the other staff seemed happy to be there and seemed to enjoy working there. The food was fast, tasted wonderful, and was very well put together. We ordered a few different things. The nachos had great ground meat that wasn't greasy gross. The flatbread was well made. Everything else was great also. The price for the plate size was good also. It's a shame that my first and lasting impression is of how inconvenient we were to Not Steven. I do want to note that, while we were there, I never saw any part of any of the other teams there. There did seem to be a small gathering of adults at one time but no other teams. I truly hope the manager doesn't treat his amazing team the way he treated new customers. Also, Steven was wonderful and was very welcoming.”
