Everything was fantastic! Great food, service, and atmosphere. That new barista Vivian is a sunshine of the establishment and fantastic! The drink she made was perfect!
I’m not sure if I went on a wrong day, but they charged me for another person’s order. I didn’t realize it until I got home (I would’ve let it slide but 30.00 extra). Should’ve known bc the drive thru girl looked a big flustered. Called customer service and was able to get refunded.
Usually I prefer this location for their fast service compared to the one down the street.

This is a very good Starbucks location. Everything has been served correctly and on time. The service here is quite good, too. Friendly people, smiles, and a positive atmosphere and attitudes. Keep up the solid work.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular location known for its friendly staff and good service. Most customers appreciate the fast service, especially compared to other nearby locations. Many enjoy the positive atmosphere, with staff members often smiling and providing assistance. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as receiving the wrong order and inconsistencies with drinks, like the matcha not being blended fully, which can lead to a bitter taste.
One standout employee, PJ, has received special mention for his ability to manage busy times while keeping a positive attitude. Despite long wait times, customers have praised his spectacular service. The menu includes a variety of options, including gluten-free items and kid-friendly beverages like caffeine-free drinks and cake pops. The location is also accessible, with suitable parking and entry for those with disabilities. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where customers can enjoy a delicious frappuccino and feel welcomed by the staff.
