On November 2, 2023 at 7 AM I went in to grab my mobile order and I didn’t see any of the items that I was going to buy that was by the cashier so I politely asked a red headed woman (and I say that loosely because she was very rude) employee making drinks (and fyi Starbucks was not too busy) I didn’t even get one word in and she interrupted me and said any questions you have you have to go over there and I asked anyways and she answered but it was just how she reacted and how she responded. someone like that should not be in customer service who is being so rude to a person especially a customer you don’t even know and that is your job is to be kind and patient

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I order ahead on the app and even if the drive thru is busy, it is still fast. Plus, you get more points ordering on the app first.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access and parking.
Very racist! Denied my wife her ability to order even thought she was already in line. Put up the line closed sign right in front of her! Like she hasn't been patiently waiting like everyone else! You may not like us, but we have money too

I'm fairly sure when you inform the barista that they made your drink incorrectly rolling your eyes at the customer isn't appropriate. Especially when it clearly stated on the cup no whip or sprinkles. Secondly, the wait time here is also absolutely absurd. You should have at least 4 staffers making drinks for the volume of customers you have.

We are vegan & they have ways to make the coffees vegan. The trouble is, there is WAY too much sugar in it. I have to stay away from drinking them anymore, as I was diagnosed with cancer & sugar is the main thing cancer eats on. Their coffees are DELICIOUS, don't get me wrong. Just not for me, anymore.
