Crumbl has a team of nice and kind staff who are helpful and quick to get food. The cookies are really good, super yummy, and delicious, especially for people who like sweet treats. They always have a selection of flavors, though some feel the selection is not very big. Many customers recommend the cookies, but note they are pricey; paying 26 dollars for 6 cookies was unexpected, and a tip added to make the total 30 dollars. One customer got cookies for their wedding and found them delicious, though setting up the order with the catering team had some stressful miscommunication. Another guest dropped their cookies outside, and two workers replaced them without being asked.
