The food quality is consistently poor, and any time you try to offer constructive feedback, the owner, Adam, becomes defensive and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, he’ll tell you that you “don’t know what you’re talking about” and promise to refund your order — a promise he never follows through on. This is by far the worst Glass Nickel Pizza location I’ve experienced. With so many better pizza options in Sun Prairie, I regret giving them multiple chances. Do yourself a favor: reheat a frozen pizza. It’ll taste better, and you won’t have to deal with Adam’s attitude.“

“My husband and I booked Ian's catering for our wedding dinner, and I truly believe it was the most inspired meal decision of all. They were tremendously accommodating for an array of guests' allergies and dietary restrictions, and the catering staff were all lovely. They bring a hot top warming oven with them, so the food is fresh, and the line was handled incredibly efficiently. We are so impressed with and grateful for the service we received from our initial inquiry, to the tasting, to our reception itself. “For a loyal customer patronizing Glass Nickel for decades, I shouldn't be in a position to need to write this. With all the problems, - and it seems that nearly each order has come with one or more - I still came back for the great taste of Glass Nickel pizza. However, the most recent issue made me finally decide to take my business elsewhere. My pizza had (over three inches) of no toppings toward the edge. Unacceptable. It appears that the mushrooms are not chopped into bits anymore like in past orders, and that I appreciate, but it looks like the big barren spaces, sans toppings, made up for that. I asked for a refund, but was given a half credit. In addition, I had to dish out more for the tip and delivery charge. I'm finally done with them.“

“My boyfriend and I came here last night for a much needed date night and my goodness, we had an amazing time!!

We received the most perfect service from Kari! We were lucky enough to have her as our waitress the last time that we came in January, and I can say that her service both times was far beyond and above!

She is so incredibly friendly, energetic, kind, and she does her job very well! She gave us refills pretty much the moment that we needed them and she was even incredibly understanding when I asked to last minute change my order!!

I swear, if you go to Olive Garden and you get Kari, you will have an amazing time!!!

On top of that, the atmosphere was just as we wanted!! It’s as fancy as you can get without feeling out of place or dealing with absurd pricing!

For the two of us to get an entree each, a drink, and never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks, the total before tip ended up being less than $45!!

Needless to say, we are incredibly satisfied with this Olive Garden and we will be returning for future date nights!!

If you happen to get Kari, treat her well and tip good, she certainly deserves it!!

As for Olive Garden management, give my girl Kari some recognition and consideration for a raise! Her service was the highlight of our night!!

(The food was also delicious and we both ended up taking half of our entrees to go, given how full we were, so props to the chef as well!!)
