“★☆☆☆☆ – Consistently Disappointing Experience Disappointment every single time — whether dining in or ordering delivery. The food quality is consistently poor, and any time you try to offer constructive feedback, the owner, Adam, becomes defensive and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, he’ll tell you that you “don’t know what you’re talking about” and promise to refund your order — a promise he never follows through on. This is by far the worst Glass Nickel Pizza location I’ve experienced. With so many better pizza options in Sun Prairie, I regret giving them multiple chances. Do yourself a favor: reheat a frozen pizza. It’ll taste better, and you won’t have to deal with Adam’s attitude.“

“Wow i was blown away by awesome customer nervous today. I was not expecting such awesomeness at chain/fast food restaurant. Food was great and the place is clean. I feel like this is the nicest Noodles I’ve been in for the past ten years. Nice work Sun Prairie!“

“Don’t come to Madison very often but when I do, it’s always a stop at Ian’s pizza. Someone suggested the Garver feed mill location and I was pleasantly surprised.
Very cool location, unique set up. I wish I had more time to explore around this area with the bike and walking pass.
The pizza is always delicious. I enjoy how friendly the services. Two slices and two canned root beer is $18. Not a bad price at all.

“For a loyal customer patronizing Glass Nickel for decades, I shouldn't be in a position to need to write this. With all the problems, - and it seems that nearly each order has come with one or more - I still came back for the great taste of Glass Nickel pizza. However, the most recent issue made me finally decide to take my business elsewhere. My pizza had (over three inches) of no toppings toward the edge. Unacceptable. It appears that the mushrooms are not chopped into bits anymore like in past orders, and that I appreciate, but it looks like the big barren spaces, sans toppings, made up for that. I asked for a refund, but was given a half credit. In addition, I had to dish out more for the tip and delivery charge. I'm finally done with them.“

“I can not say how wonderful the restaurant is! I booked a reservation for my father’s 90th birthday and family drove and flew in to have a meal with us! The service was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Greatly enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality by our server Jazmine and the manager Kristin! Thank you for making this 90th birthday so very special!!“

“I went to N&C for my sister who has been sick and it was the end of the night. The rest was closing and all the food was gone but when I explained to Gino the manager he was understanding and offered to open more noodles for my sister to and make her some chicken noodle soup which is the only thing she could eat and he even discounted my order. Very nice young man. I was very happy with my service.“
