“I visited Chick-fil-A on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee today while traveling from Rockford, IL, and had a great experience. A worker, Cherri, from Hospitality, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order, but she offered me several suggestions. She recommended the Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin sandwich meal, which I chose, and it was excellent.

Cherri’s positive attitude and helpfulness made the experience better. The food was fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. Great service all around. I will definitely return when I’m in the area!“

“I'm about 10 salads in and my experience so far has been excellent. No missing food items on my custom orders, filled dressing containers, and good taste.

I've only had to wait past my pickup time once, and at the time it was very busy with only two workers fielding many orders at once. They apologized for the wait promptly filled the order when they asked for my order name.

There have been a couple of times when the lettuce wasn't the freshest, but I don't expect it to always be. They have a lot of produce, and I know it can't be perfect each time.

“Best Panera EVER! I’ve been going to this one since I was little & I’ll forever go to this specific one. The food is always amazing, the workers are so nice & the place overall is just the best. I live across a Panera & I still go out the way to this one. The manager Areta especially is always so helpful & goes above & beyond to help her customers.
