I come to this particular Panera Bread location because I order 2 bowls of Chicken Noodle Soup and I always get a good portion of noodles and chicken in each bowl. At some Panera Bread locations they give you a bowl of broth and maybe a teaspoon of noodles. Today, the order was sparse: only half of each bowl was filled (cup size portion vs. bowl) and two teaspoon of noodles combined for both bowls, and specks of chicken. Food was deliciously amazing, timely, and precise! There were dirty tables not attended to and our cashier (don’t recall her name) was a little short with us and seemed to be having an off day (as we all do) other wise 5 stars across the board.

Had a bad experience today. Very disappointing. Am an occasional customer at this location. Hope for improvement in the near future.Service was slow today. Food was cold. Just meh. What happened to the Panera of the past?
