Went to Panera as it was the last day of my Sip Club Membership, and had no intention to renew it. As I waited in line for 10 minutes on one car ahead of me, after I ordered a cookie and drink. This certified I would end my membership. Pulling up to the window, ready to pay, Cierra (i think that was her name) immediately apologized for the wait, and refused to let me pay for the cookie. We love Panera! They always serve delicious food including soups, salads and yummy bakery items. Their coffee is outstanding, and the atmosphere and ambiance are great! It is a nice place to have food with friends or to dine solo. There is plenty of parking too. We went here for a Valentine's Day lunch. I had an Asian chicken salad, and it was very tasty. Morning and lunch they’re quick and easy. After 3pm they seem to stop making food and are always out of something. Nothing like a ceprese sandwich on some plain white bread… just weird
