Service was slow today in the drive-thru even though there were not many customers around. Friendly employees.Many times I've had good food from this location but today, not so much.The new mango lemonade is so acidic it literally is burning my throat. They prepared it like I was at bar or something...giving me a small drink cup when my meal should come with a medium drink. They filled my cup up 3/4 with ice and 1/4 with the acid. Our order is always wrong. It doesn’t matter when we go and tonight the food is cold. I’m disappointed with the quality of the service and food for the expensive price. Probably won’t be back at this location.

Not sure who took my order I believe Zander, but SUPER bright personality everyone here made me feel so welcomed. Food was great. Service was 10/10 this is probably the best chick fil a location in Wisconsin.
