I am so disappointed. There was a girl working on the drive-through just a little before 11am this morning who refused to make the one coffee I have gotten every day for YEARS. And many times at this specific location since I just moved right down the street. All I asked for was a grandè iced coffee, no Classic, light ice, and half coffee half whole milk. I'm not a big fan of coffee but this place has many options of coffee and snacks Starbucks is obviously a very popular place but I wanted to rate it anyway for fun. Like I said I'm not a fan of coffee so my favorite drink is the strawberry creme it has no coffee and is in the frappicono menu I would definitely recommend it to people who love strawberry shortcake ice cream or any strawberry shortcake flavored items. ( They have a drive thru)

They made my wife’s order with the wrong milk. We waited for 10 minutes and when asked about what the delay was, we were informed that the milk was wrong. They proceeded to re-make the order and ended up giving us the wrong size. Would never come back. Please hire baristas that care.
