I’ve eaten here 3 times - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch and dinner with a friend, breakfast with my sisters. All 3 meals were fantastic! My friend eats everything with ketchup. The mushroom swiss burger he ordered for lunch was the exception! And I’ve never had bacon this thick and long on a bacon cheeseburger - smoky and fried to a perfect crispness. "the" Kitchen in Sussex, is a hidden gem. I am hesitant to review it publicly because it may lose its small town diner feel.I have been here 2x, both times for breakfast. Fast service, friendly service, quick coffee and good. My first time I had an omelette - nothing wrong with it. The second time I had the Corned Beef with two eggs over easy - nothing wrong with it.
