Thirsty Duck Sussex Reviews
Great family friendly spot for events. The duckpin bowling is always fun and casual.
The food was decent. The tables were a bit odd with flaps, so had to be careful not to lean on it too much. The service was good.
Took the whole family, kids had a blast bowling and the adults enjoyed food and drinks! Staff was super friendly! Great place will be back!

Thirsty Duck Sussex is a spacious restaurant with a bar area, garage door window, and a patio. It offers duck bowling, pool, and a personal bar for party rentals. The menu features delicious food, and the staff are friendly and energetic, making it a fun place to visit. Customers often praise the attentive bartenders and the lively atmosphere, which keeps people coming back.
However, there have been some issues with slow service, especially when visiting with groups, and delays in food delivery can lead to frustration. Sometimes, the pin-setters disappear unexpectedly, causing delays in bowling, and customers have noted that their paid time is sometimes cut short due to scheduling problems. Despite these concerns, the overall experience is enjoyable, with good food and fun bowling.
The restaurant is also known for hosting events, with staff making the planning process easy and smooth. Many find it a great place to hold large gatherings, thanks to the helpful event planning team. Prices, particularly for toddler bowling, are considered high by some customers, and there have been complaints about unclear credit card charges and unprofessional behavior from some staff members.
