“I had my brother-in-law's Celebration of Life party at the Thirsty Duck in Sussex for about 55 people. Jessica Neuhaus, the event sales manager, was great to work with and with her help we pulled off a great party. We were able to have a private part with plenty of room for everyone. Even the kids had a great time with the duck pin bowling and corn hole. We had the Southern Style BBQ dinner with pulled pork, smoked brisket and chicken. And, the food was Amazing! I had nothing but compliments from our guest and really it was all the Thirsty Duck. I highly recommend this venue for your next party. Lisa D.”

“I started coming to Rumors about a month ago or so. My very first bartender was Allie. Allie made our whole experience so enjoyable, a total 5 stars. As a bartender myself, Allie was great. She’s personable, focused, and all around fun to have as your bartender. She’s the reason that I keep coming back and introducing new friends to this bar!”

“Very happy with the store in Sussex, however, I will never go to the one on Pilgrim. That one looked dirty, messy and had rap music playing so loud it had to be turned down in order to place my order. Very unfriendly staff. Just had what was supposed to be a BOGO deal. When I tried to order on line, I was told the deal wasn't for my cowboy pizza. When I picked up my order, I was told that everyone else had no problem getting the BOGO deal. What's going on?”

“I moved here from NC..this place looks so cute and you feel like your in Italy..the smell is sooo yummy. I ordered the extra sauce extra cheese on a NY crust..these mozzarella sticks are the best I have ever had. The pizza is sooo good!!!!”

“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!”

It was then a rock shop and now this wonderful Mexican restaurant. Jesse and his staff were gracious and very welcoming! Food was delicious.
