She’s personable, focused, and all around fun to have as your bartender. She’s the reason that I keep coming back and introducing new friends to this bar!”

“I had my brother-in-law's Celebration of Life party at the Thirsty Duck in Sussex for about 55 people. Jessica Neuhaus, the event sales manager, was great to work with and with her help we pulled off a great party. We were able to have a private part with plenty of room for everyone. Even the kids had a great time with the duck pin bowling and corn hole. We had the Southern Style BBQ dinner with pulled pork, smoked brisket and chicken. And, the food was Amazing! I had nothing but compliments from our guest and really it was all the Thirsty Duck. I highly recommend this venue for your next party. Lisa D.”

“I moved here from NC..this place looks so cute and you feel like your in Italy..the smell is sooo yummy. I ordered the extra sauce extra cheese on a NY crust..these mozzarella sticks are the best I have ever had. The pizza is sooo good!!!!”

“Very happy with the store in Sussex, however, I will never go to the one on Pilgrim. That one looked dirty, messy and had rap music playing so loud it had to be turned down in order to place my order. Very unfriendly staff. Just had what was supposed to be a BOGO deal. When I tried to order on line, I was told the deal wasn't for my cowboy pizza. When I picked up my order, I was told that everyone else had no problem getting the BOGO deal. What's going on?”

“This Culver's is great! I've always been a fan of Culver's and plan to hopefully join the true blue crew! The food has always been great and never disappoints. They've really upped there game too with this giant blue spoon outside (probably costed like 7000$ and wasted that money, but I'm here for it) and a TV with WONDERFUL graphic design. Service is always good and James the owner is a wonderful guy. Sometimes its kind of confusing with the lines considering one line is ordering and there's just people all over the place just waiting for their order. Not really your fault, but I end up getting skipped a few times occasionally because its so confusing. Also, keep in mind that if you come to Culver's often you should sign up for rewards as they are much more generous than some other rewards apps.”

“My brothers and I along with sister in laws met for a yummy lunch at La Cabana Cortez. The restaurant was originally the home of my grandparents with so many memories. It was then a rock shop and now this wonderful Mexican restaurant. Jesse and his staff were gracious and very welcoming! Food was delicious. Sussex is lucky to welcome this new venture - give it a try!”
