The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? They'll treat you right. Please keep it up guys! You have a regular in me every time I leave work for a bite to eat on the way home. <3“

“This is a taco truck that my hubby and I saw and decided to stop and try it out, first we tried the tacos de asada, pastor, lengua y cabeza which it only took one bite to know that this are some of the best tacos we’ve had in a very long time, then we ordered a quesadilla and a torta, the quesadilla de asada was super big with a home made corn tortilla also super delicious and the torta de asada was fantastic, and the people that work in the taco truck are super nice and friendly... over all a fantastic experience. “Some places are so good, you want to keep them as a secret. But also so good, you HAVE to tell all your friends. That’s what Palmar is. Your perfect local taco joint (go with the Carnitas, they are exceptional). It’s become my go-to for lunch meetings, lunch when I forget to pack one, or frankly any excuse I can think of. Classic menu, and perfect for friends and family. Don’t hesitate, just go. You’ll be hooked.

PS: I have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. Clearly they don’t know what an excellent taco place is like :-)“

“HUGE shoutout to Jacob J. for being the guy who saved Qdoba from looking like the biggest clown show in town today. Apparently, all of the other staff decided to walkout leaving Jacob (who's only 17 by the way) alone to run the store. I'd be surprised if this is even legal seeing as how he's a minor. When I arrived, I was greeted by locked doors but Jacob ran to the door to explain. He could have waved me away or ignored me but he wanted to explain the situation and apologize. I'm honestly not sure why he was as apologetic as he was seeing as this isn't his fault at all and rather would appear to be the result of a completely incompetent management team. I hung around for a while and watched as Jacob continued to treat each and every customer with VIP service and made sure to not only explain but to apologize on behalf of the store for something he had nothing to do with. Class act through and through. THIS is the guy you want in charge of the store. 17 years old or not, he's proven he can do it. If not, at least give him a raise, corporate. He saved this store from looking absolutely ridiculous today. We need more people like Jacob in the world because he made my weekend.“

“This place is great when the GM is there - she is always extremely friendly and recognizes me. The other hourly managers on staff are also great. When the younger people are working on nights/weekends - that's when there seems to be trouble with customer service and orders - BUT...with the way the workforce is right now, I am glad they're there at all.“

Dietary restrictions: It's a little difficult to find something for people with lactose intolerance, since just about every item comes with cheese/sour cream on it. I believe these can be taken off per request, but it's just an extra step to take.“
