New building! The drive through went fast for everyone but us! 2 orders of buffalo tenders, 1 cheese curds and 2 shakes. We knew our arrival because of GPS and realized it took 43 minutes to get our food. They kept going to other cars. We did get a nice apology but not even a coupon for ice cream.
The overall quality of the food has really gone down. $13 cheese burger and fries.

Our first time at this Culver’s on a Saturday night…the counters by the soda, all the empty tables, the floor and even the chairs were dirty and none of the many people working were coming out to clean them. The sundae was not filled to the top and partially melted for some reason. Possibly a management issue? The food was hot and good though and the order was correct.

Culver's is known for being a household favorite, with delicious food that’s usually quick to arrive. Amazing customer service is a highlight, with some finding the staff very friendly, kind, and easy going, making the restaurant super welcoming. The food is great, and the dining room is always clean, offering the best menu variety of any of its competitors. Customers can always find something healthy on the menu, and many menu items are geared towards children. The custard dessert can't be beat.
