I'll premise that culvers is a go to in our household. The food is always good and normally really quick.We may have just caught a bad day. All I ordered today was custard in the drive thru and there were approximately 12 cars who came and went before I got anything - and that was because I caught the person who was bringing out orders. They seemed unorganized and all over the place today.We will try again another day but today was a disappointment from a service level.

Really taken a dive on service here. Waited 30 minutes as order after order was put out, despite being placed after us. Ice cream was melted by the time we got our food. Terrible.Get home to find out, they gave us plain vanilla ice cream in our party pack, instead of flavor of the day. Just a complete joke and an embarrassment to the brand

If I could give zero stars I would. Service is non existent here. All high school kids working screwing around. Never a manager around fix wrong orders. Craig culver (who I guess could care less) would be ashamed at how this franchise is
I've repeatedly tried to go here later in the evening, after 7, and they're closed! What?! I'm tired of trying to give them my money. I'm going elsewhere.

I've actually been sick for a month. Sick of soup so I got a fish fry last sat from culvers. It was perfect, delicious and o got another one sun and again yesterday. PERFECT!!! Sooooo good. Thankyou for helping me get my strength back.
