“We had a very good meals - I had my favorite Big Boy burger and fries and it was excellent and my husband had the Schnitzel sandwich which he remarked was one of the best sandwiches he has had in a long time. The fries and onion rings were spot on and the Bloody Mary was very tasty. Our server was polite and our food arrived quickly. Would definitely stop by again. Big Boy was a favorite of my family growing up and this place is doing a great job representing this iconic restaurant.“

“I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? They'll treat you right. Please keep it up guys! You have a regular in me every time I leave work for a bite to eat on the way home. <3“

I LOVE that their website explains how to order a vegan pizza. ❤️ I love how close this is compared to Waukesha. A quick drive, easy to order online and pickup is right on time.My pizza was cooked perfectly. Fresh ingredients and crust was just right. All I ordered today was custard in the drive thru and there were approximately 12 cars who came and went before I got anything - and that was because I caught the person who was bringing out orders. They seemed unorganized and all over the place today.We will try again another day but today was a disappointment from a service level.“
