“I picked up an order and realized when I got home that my daughter’s burger was missing. I called the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Maddison who was sincerely apologetic and assisted me well. She gave multiple option on what she could do but I ultimately chose to come in and have it be made fresh. Great customer service but wish I didn’t have to go back in the first place. Look throught your order before leaving here!“

“Stopped there for the 1st time , on 1/27/23. Menu has a good variety, but I settled on a couple of cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and a turtle sundae. Food was very tasty and service was great“

“I bought a gift card and didn't get the value basket coupon. I reached out to Culver's and received a phone call from the manager. I went to Culver's and Jakob, at the register was very nice and helpful. The customer service was awesome!!!“

“A lot of nit picky reviews here so I was skeptical of going for dinner BUT lemme say, wow! Great tasting food, healthy, reasonably priced, fair portions, and the young kids working are doing their best and a great job in my book. I will return! 🙏“
