“I picked up an order and realized when I got home that my daughter’s burger was missing. I called the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Maddison who was sincerely apologetic and assisted me well. She gave multiple option on what she could do but I ultimately chose to come in and have it be made fresh. Great customer service but wish I didn’t have to go back in the first place. Look throught your order before leaving here!“

“Stopped there for the 1st time , on 1/27/23. Menu has a good variety, but I settled on a couple of cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and a turtle sundae. Food was very tasty and service was great“

“I bought a gift card and didn't get the value basket coupon. I reached out to Culver's and received a phone call from the manager. I went to Culver's and Jakob, at the register was very nice and helpful. The customer service was awesome!!!“

“The best subs anywhere. Delicious!“

“Amazing Owners and wonderful Staff!“

“Today as I came in for a quick to go lunch, the manager informed me as I came up to pay that the credit card machines were down and that food was on the store today. I offered to give the $6 in singles I had in my purse and the manager politely declined and they still let me take my food. What a kind thing to do to not close the store and still feed customers. Definitely will be my go to location going forward!“

“All the workers that we had encountered tonight were very entertaining and kind. Their humor was light and kept the night fun. Wishing I had gotten some of their snapchats...“

“It’s good. I didn’t get anything for my birthday that was on February 19th. I don’t understand why they ask for your birthdate on the app?
Oh and please.. if someone is incapable of wrapping stuff in the lettuce sandwiches.. can you just have someone else make it? Why are you sending people home with an absolute mash of a mess that’s suppose to be a lettuce wrapped sandwich?“
