I bought a gift card and didn't get the value basket coupon. I reached out to Culver's and received a phone call from the manager. I went to Culver's and Jakob, at the register was very nice and helpful. The customer service was awesome!!!
Culver's is always a good option if you want a burger, pot roast sandwich (my favorite), or frozen custard. This is a Wisconsin institution! So, I'm surprised it's got such low ratings on here. Blasphemy! It is actually pretty good and cars are always waiting in the drive though. So, I just don't get it. This would be like Atlanta hating on Chick-fil-A or Oak Brook, IL dissing McDonalds. Love their food but they don't plow their drive through and have no signs. Almost got stuck/ hit another car twice. If I knew it was going to not be drivable I wouldn't have went though. I said something and they said they know so hopefully no one damages their car.
