“I bought a gift card and didn't get the value basket coupon. I reached out to Culver's and received a phone call from the manager. I went to Culver's and Jakob, at the register was very nice and helpful. The customer service was awesome!!!“

“First time visiting this pub and grill. We have the Friday fish fry and baked cod which was good. Service was very good. Prices are very reasonable. The menu was geared towards Friday only. Therefore, check the website for the complete menu offerings.“

“There were only a few customers in the restaurant when we were there at 5:45pm, but still it took 30 minutes to get our appetizers for my wife and I. It took 40 minutes to get our entrees.
Service was horrible. Many workers just fooling around instead of helping out.
Horrible music.
It also took over 15 minutes to get our check.
Probably won't be back.“
