“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “I forgot my wallet at home and Joseph was a wonderful employee when I came back around with my wallet. He had my stuff all ready to go is all hot. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.“

“Everything was made well and cooked perfectly. It was our first time trying the Shack chicken sandwich and it was seasoned just right, juicy and crispy. Also, tried the cheese fries. 😋 When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don't know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic. I tried the sticker toffee and my granddaughter had a Christmas cookie shake. They were very tasty! Friendly faces were abundant, too. When we encounter that kind of service, we go back. 😃“

“I've had good experiences with the exception of tonight the #5 double cheeseburger deluxe was fine but the fries were the lousiest soggy barely warm usually they are hot and crispy delicious fries but not tonight I spent almost $19.00 for the meal with a large chocolate malt and pretzels. The pretzels were actually cold not Luke warm not warm at all cold so I had to microwave them, fries were beyond repair basically I was very disappointed and it is not the first time it was the second time I felt I wasted good money on a lousy meal. Besides this I have been pleased with the food and service most times but most times is not acceptable people should be pleased every time.“

“I am staying at the hotel this restaurant is attached to, and my initial experiences here were honestly frustrating. However, I hope you read this to the end, because it gets better.
During my most recent visit, there was an issue with the staff. I was in the middle of writing a very negative review because of it, but I need to update this based on how management handled the situation.
The manager came over personally, apologized, took full ownership, and addressed it immediately. She told me the staff involved were let go, and made it clear she was getting things back under control. She also took care of my first drink, which I did not expect, but appreciated.
The food has been consistently good, and the way management stepped in completely changed my impression of the place. There were definitely problems, but they were taken seriously and corrected.
Because of that, I am adjusting my rating from what was about to be a 1 star to a 4. I can respect a business that fixes its issues and takes care of its customers.
The rest of the staff, along with the manager, have been great. I am not going to let a couple bad employees define what is otherwise a good experience. I will be there again, and if the service is as good as I expect it will be. I will adjust this to a 5 star.“
