Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now.
