Highly recommend when looking for a classic Wisconsin dive bar with the best bloody Mary's and cheap food! The bloodys are filled with flavor and you can even buy a bottle of the mix before you leave! The real winner is their jalapeño ketchup and free cookies at the end of your meal! Order a burger, get an app, and get the biggest Bloody Mary and enjoy your day!
We went to Sobelman's because we heard great things about their burgers. Parking was interesting, Sobelman's parking lot was on a steep hill. Literally no where to turn around and the only way to get out is to back up. Definitely interesting but it did not take away from the experience. The restaurant is somewhat on the smaller end. Burgers & Bloody Marys were great. I had the Loser burger. Fries nice and crispy. Service was very good despite being busy & they gave us a free choice of a sugar cookie or chocolate chip cookie to all in party when check was received. Nice surprise. A bit of a wait initially & parking not always the easiest but worth it!
