Onion rings were hot with a firm dense crust. My friend and I were almost in disbelief. Staff was incredibly polite. Clientele, (place was packed), were well-mannered. The 7 course surprise tasting menu was incredible, and they seemed to incorporate specific foods that we focused during my kitchen experience. “Love this place. They have 18 of their beers on tap and 6 guests along with tap cocktails. None of their beers are american layers, they go all in on sours and malty beers. You either go light with the fruity or buried (with a smile on your face) under a barrel aged imp stout. Deep flavor. The pizza is more of a doughy flatbread than a true pizza IMO, still tasty. The crust could use a little more chew, but still good. Fun vibe with the music playing and the patio open. My only criticsm was only one server and while she was hustling and answering questions, one person can help one customer at a time.“
