Excellent experience. Food was so Good. Service perfect. Glad I took a dessert for later. What a gem!
And this is why I think I am a Google reviewer because this is what I see every time I come to dine fine food fine service and a great atmosphere.
Yes students are the ones performing all of the services so under the instructor they have to give Superior dining maybe I need to stop comparing places like Texas Roadhouse to this LOL.

Most folks don't know about this little gem located within the campus of Milwaukee Area Technical College. MATC has an excellent culinary program, and attached to it is Cuisine, their fine dining restaurant. Aspiring chefs to be serve a magnificent 4-course, 5-star lunch at a fraction of what it would cost at a 5-star restaurant. Reservations are recommended as the place usually sells out.
