Prime rib sandwich is pillow soft, so flavorful and satisfying. Great garlic and herb butter seasoning on everything. I had a nasty respiratory infection a couple months prior, hadn't been able to taste much of anything for over two months... until coming here. I could taste the amazing flavor cooked into all of our items for the first time since getting sick. This was probably about the most satisfying dining experience I've ever had. “Some of the best food I’ve ever had, I’ve had at Birch. I try to visit as often as I can. I usually go for the steak or pork chop. Both are cooked to perfection. Also, the fennel salad, crunchy farm vegetables, and anything involving tomatoes is recommended.“
