I live close to Birch and didn’t know what I’d been missing all this time.My husband and I took some guests in from out of town, and we all loved everything that graced the table. I’m 99% vegetarian, so I loved the cabbage starter with raclette and the ricotta pasta. The contramar fish was beautiful, too. My wife has wanted to eat at Birch for awhile, and we were able to get reservations last night. We sat at the "Chef's Table" so she could watch the food preparation in action and we had the curated Tasting Menu. First off, everything on the tasting menu was outstanding. This was a wonderful meal with fantastic service. Trey recommended perfect wine pairings for our meal and it was start to finish, a great experience. The dining room is a bit loud with the open format, but that's more of a personal preference than anything.
