An make your experience the best it can be. Gluten free French toast with in house made gluten free bread. It was delicious. Made the wife cry happy tears knowing she could feel normal. Blue's Egg + Bakery offers many amazing options to order, with plenty of great food and drink options. The menu has fun flavor combinations for French toast and pancakes, plus egg or other dish options. Everything is tasty, fresh, and well made. The lemon cheesecake French toast is amazing, served on brioche bread. The coffee is great and pairs perfectly with the meal. Service is solid and fantastic, even for larger groups. The environment is very good, though a little dark, and sitting outside in warmer weather is perfect. This place is popular, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during busy times, but it is absolutely worth it. One disappointment was a breakfast special with dry, flavorless blackened chicken and blah grits, which would not be ordered again. Overall, a great time highly recommended.
