Got the pulled ham stuffed hash browns, and my wife got the Dubliner Benedict. Holy cow were they good!

Arrived around 9:15am, we only had to wait for 15 minutes which was good. My partner and I both ordered the corned been hash which was also good! We weren’t a fan of the poached egg that was on top, but that was more of a preference thing. It had a sweet taste to it, so it was just different, not bad. Our waiter Jose was great! I had ordered an iced coffee which was coffee pour over ice (I was expecting creamer with it) Jose had no problem bringing over creamer for me which made it so much better! Only spent $44 (w/o tip) which was fair. We would not mind returning when visiting Milwaukee again!

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time. We were well greeted and seated. Seating didn't take much to wait for. We had an awesome waiter who recommended us some great breakfast options. The food was amazing, too. Would totally recommend anybody to come give them a visit and enjoy their food. 10/10!!!

After seeing all the reviews and perusing the menu, I decided to come here for brunch. I had the "Crispy Shrimp, Bay Scallop and Calamari Scramble." It was smothered with tomato sauce and paprika aioli. It was a little too much sauce for me, but I loved the abundant amount of seafood. The portions are quite big. I was tempted to get the stuffed hash browns too, but knew I wouldn't be able to finish all my food. I tried my bf's hash browns though, and liked how crispy it was. I would definitely recommend this place, but be prepared for a food coma afterwards!

For Milwaukee area, this is the go to for breakfast. Great menu, bloody mary with 8 oz Lite chaser only $10. This time the bacon a little on the under done side... but other than that, excellent meal.

Our experience was perfect. Kelsey was the epitome of excellence service! She was the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Kelsey didn't skip a beat- and reminded me of a different era, when excellent customer service was the norm. The food was very good to exceptional. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday- and Kelsey brought out monkey bread with a candle. Thoughtful! And? It was exceptionally delicious! We really enjoyed our experience.. I know Blue Egg has a wonderful reputation... I see why.

I've been coming here for many years (13 years), and when Blue's first opened, their service was top-notch and the food, while it took awhile to arrive was perfectly done every time.Fast forward 13 years and at least 20 visits later, today was my first less than stellar experience.I've ordered their seafood scramble at least 5 times. Normally it's as advertised.."Crispy Shrimp, Bay Scallop & Calamari Scramble-$16.95 shrimp, scallops, calamari, rich tomato sauce, paprika aioli and toast"..Today's version had all the seafood but none of the crispiness that makes it so good.I told our server I didn't need a replacement, but just wanted to let her know that this was not nearly as good as it usually is, due to the lack of crispy breading on the seafood. There was also wayyyy too much sauce on top of it, making everything taste just saucy. She apologized, and said she'd tell the people in the back, and "maybe take a few dollars off".. that's what she did, which I feel is not what Blue's would normally offer for a subpar meal. I didn't want a free meal out of it, but maybe a free dessert item, or take a drink off, or something.. it just was not a good meal, nor a great way to handle it, in my opinion.Maybe they had a bad day, so we'll definitely be back, but you can't mess up a signature item like the seafood scramble.
