They gave me a double butterburger when I only wanted the one I ordered, the single. They didn't ask me if I wanted a double, they just assumed, then charged me more. Not terribly spicy hot, just enough for flavor, not burning your mouth. Really good! New favorite on the menu. I usually get the BBQ wings, which are always great.“

“This was not our first time at Red. Robin. This is the closest one to us and we've been here before. Our lunch was great. The reason why I am making this review is because late this afternoon my mother realized that she lost her wedding ring. We couldn't find it so I called the restaurant just in case she might have lost it there. I talked to Morgana and without any difficulty or problem she not only looked around where we sat. She offered to communicate with everyone about the situation. We did find the ring at home, but I appreciate the prompt service that Morgana offered to help us with the situation. That means a lot.
