“We went for trivia. It was packed, yet the service was quick and kind. The beer selection is very good and well organized. There were a ton of TVs which made watching baseball easy to do. Our server was helpful and made the experience better. The menu looked nice, but we stuck to cheese curds and beer.“

“I have never been past the highway ramp on 84th street going north so when I saw this old school gas light west cocktails sign I busted a U turn because I'm going to have the experience of having a couple cocktails here. The woman bar tender Terry was very friendly and offered me some Sunday beef sandwich the bar had which was cool because I have never been here before. Terry like every bartender has no clue what a gin Rickey but she did a good job at making it. The place is from the 70s I'm told and it looks it, old school neighborhood corner dive bar. It's all regulars and no one made me feel like an outsider and I had a conversation with the guy next to me and the bartender so it's not a clickie place like some. The cocktails are reasonable at $4 for what I had. I'm shopping at the mall from time to time so I will stop back again for sure.“
“I was skeptical when I arrived at this bar. It's called friends, but are we really friends. We never met. Well hot biscuits, you sure can be! I walked in and was meet with open arms and cherry bomb shots. There must have been some form of midwesterner raffle because people were laughing with pounds of fresh cut meat! It was fantastic. We ordered a pizza and it was hot and delicious. I will come back and hopefully I can win a big ol slab of meat (insert wink face) Cheers!“
“We stopped into this establishment after walking down forest home picking up litter and we were welcomed with open arms. I walked in and was greeted with a fish tank, I was not prepared for the aquatic decor, it really threw me off in a good way. We proceed to play some table ball and were able to successfully take some amazing album cover picture for our future drop. Cheers!“

“After multiple visits to Riley’s in the Third Ward, I can honestly say it’s now one of our favorite dinner spots, despite our 30 minute drive to get there. The food and service has been consistently high quality. The owners have been at the location every time we’ve visited which sends such a message about the care of their business. It’s so nice to have a dinner spot we can head to with our dog, especially after a work day or on a weekend when he doesn’t need any more time alone! We’re big fans of the Philly and CBR!“

“Overall just a perfect corner bar, every aspect nailed - I have to say the standout quality to me was the sound system. The music selection was wide and tasteful but the real star for me was the actual sound. I’m not sure if I’ve heard as high quality of sound at a bar in my life. Clear with sub-bump and doesn’t interfere with conversation even at higher volume. I saw heads nodding all night, so dope.“
“Ok. Once again, I go to dive bars all over the world. This one has cracked my top 10 for sure. It is a total dive bar but the bartender Jenna and the day bartender that was not working along with the customers in the bar were AWESOME and treated me so incredible. I felt like i was gone in the south instead of the mud west. This place is a jewel!“
