“Great place, Staff is very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is great. It feels exactly like an old diner, which I like. However, it took about 45 minutes to get our food, the cooks messed up our order, and the burger needed to be seasoned. But other than that, it's a good restaurant, and I will probably be back.“
“This Culver's on Howell and Drexel is PHENOMENAL. I moved to the area and started going to this Culver's all year in 2023. And a couple times this month. Not once have I ever asked for a change or customization that they couldn't accommodate. They make me feel like I deserve their amazing kindness and service in their tone and service! Wow! Service like this at a fast food restaurant has not existed since the 50s lol. It seems like the work atmosphere is clean and considerate. Everyone that works there seems happy... I mean that is a feat to get every to pretend to be happy?... No, these folks are truly satisfied with their working environment and also seem to enjoy the culture that has been established by management. Culture is generally a top-down concept, so this is impressive. Thank you to the team at Culver's on Howell & Drexel for making me and my family feel special!“
“The employee I dealt with at the counter was friendly, energetic, and kind. My cheeseburger was prepared quickly as ordered but was definitely made with fresh ingredients. The fries were perfect. The restaurant was pretty clean which I appreciate! Will definitely be back! Great food as always!! (And if you don't have a greasy bag of fries, you missed out on something delish!)“
“I hear of a lot of Oak Creek residents love this restaurant, but I can't say I've partook in it very often. I have had the burgers and they're good but it was to go in defense of the burger. My husband did bring it home so it took a little bit to get to us, but it was good very good :) I will circle in there more often so I can give them a proper review! I will always support our local businesses!“
