“We picked up chicken tonight, it had been awhile since we ordered. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The coleslaw is still the best in town! The customer service was well above average. Very polite, knowledgeable and really had it together. So hard to find these days!“

“This is only the 2nd time I have had occasion to visit this Arby's, and I have had notably good experiences both times. One does not necessarily expect politeness and customer service, particularly over the intercom, at fast food restaurants. The employees are usually not well compensated for their time, and it comes out in their attitude towards their job. That was not the case here. Both times the woman who took my order was polite and accommodating. The first time I remember opening my sandwich and thinking that it had been done by a "sandwich artist." As good as roast beef sandwiches are, nowadays you're lucky if half the meat is actually /in/ the bun when you receive it. This was perfect. This time, not only were the sandwiches neat, but when I asked for a "half-and-half" soda (which is usually something I don't even bother trying for in the drive-through) the response was, "I got you." She really went above and beyond when she handed me the soda and asked me to check to make sure she had the ratio right.
I hope this lady's boss is reading this and realizes that they have a -gem- in her. Whenever I have to go to my doctors office down the road, I will be stopping here for lunch.“

“Burger and fries were delicious but I did find this little piece of wood in my burger. I bit down on something hard and lucky I did not break my tooth. I called and let them know. I would definitely go back. Hopefully it was just a weird circumstance.“

“This DQ is located inside Pick-N-Save and a nearby school let out, so it was noisy with students.

The staff was busy, friendly, and courteous.

The French fries were small in size but oh so good and perfectly fried.

“9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. He was the sweetest and most courteous kid. He deserves recognition I’m sorry we didn’t get his name“

“I travel a little out of my way to go to this particular Jersey Mike's since they do a very nice job making the sandwiches and are friendly. I always order the turkey provolone and many times with a little extra meat and onions. (Unfortunately the one that is closer to me I will not visit as I have had multiple problems in the past.) The Oak Creek location is excellent and the food quality is always top notch.“

“We come here every week after yoga, and the people are always so friendly. Today, we had a little confusion on what counted towards the meal. The manager was quick to help us out, explain it thoroughly for us, and refund the difference. A stellar team, wonderful people, and I will continue to come here (with a better understanding of what drinks count under the meal!)“
