Spent $23 on an 8 piece chicken strips. They were all burned! It was NOT busy. The drive thru guy was friendly & accurate so was the guy who brought the food to the car. Used to come here all of the time — no more. My kid won’t eat the burned strips — they’re disgusting! Even the cheese curds are over done. Probably because they have very young teens working. Please supervise them better!
This Culver's on Howell and Drexel is PHENOMENAL. I moved to the area and started going to this Culver's all year in 2023. And a couple times this month. Not once have I ever asked for a change or customization that they couldn't accommodate. They make me feel like I deserve their amazing kindness and service in their tone and service! Wow! Service like this at a fast food restaurant has not existed since the 50s lol. It seems like the work atmosphere is clean and considerate....read full review

Went through card only drive through, quick and simple waited about 3 or 4 minutes before the order came out to me. This was around 6pm so near peak dinner hours, food was good and filling.
