This Culver’s can be a hit or miss for me. Sometimes I come here and the service and food are great. However, I have had several times where my order is completely wrong, or I have waited for my pre-ordered food in excess of 20 minutes of the estimated wait time.I have also had a few times where I have came here and the vanilla custard didn’t taste right. It tasted a little bit more milky/sweeter and was just missing the creamy/buttery flavor I am used to.

Ordered online. Was told they were finishing order when I got to the counter. They were busy, but after 20 minutes of waiting to be called I asked about my order. Shakes had been left on their counter near warming area. So they were melted. They did remake them. But by the time I got the food and got home it was cold from sitting on their counter so long.

April 1st was very busy the wait was short and you are provided two slices of bacon if you ordered a burger that bacon was great ??just like homemade
