“Today I picked up Arby’s roast beef sandwiches, mozzarella cheese sticks, and potato cakes for my 86 year-old mother and my sister and myself . When I walked in the store, I noticed how incredibly clean the restaurant was and was immediately welcomed with a hello and a smile. The manager of the store, Vera, was the one that helped me. She helped me decide how much to buy for my family. I love the Arby sauce and I asked for extra and she gave me four extra packets. Arby’s is my mom‘s favorite and I will definitely be coming back here to bring her more Arby’s roast beef sandwich sandwiches.!!!“

We decided to go into the store on July 31st and talked to a young man and woman who immediately without hesitation took care of the problem. “We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. “Whoever was working the front end cashed at 3 PM on March 16th, 2026 was an absolutely fantastic worker. She took my order, brought it out, cleaned tables out in the dining area (everything was very clean), asked me if I was enjoying my food and told me to have a great day, AND held the door open for an old couple with one of them in a wheelchair. Gotta be a conspiracy from Cane’s with that sequence of events. Seriously though, it was nice to see the cashier put that kind of effort in. Keep it up ya’ll!“

“I loved the staff they were so friendly and offered a larger bag, and a drink carrier, lotsof other places don’t offer on the spot and also look like they hate their job lol. “9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. “This is the best Wendy's restaurant by far. The inside is always clean with a very welcoming & relaxing atmosphere. The drive-thru is always fast, accurate, & has friendly employees that care about your satisfaction, & appear to actually enjoy their jobs. I've been inside of this restaurant, go through the drive-thru, and utilize their app. for my orders, and I've never waited more than 3-4 minutes.“
