“We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. I highly recommend the UG location!“

“Went through the drive through this evening ordering 2 Big Macs and a large fries. Waited 5 minutes to receive the wrong order. When give the correct order the Big Macs where made incorrect and appeared to be done that way on purpose. Both where made the same incorrect way by putting everything on one bun and leaving the top bun empty. It’s one thing to make bad food it is another to intentionally serve bad food.“

“Buona Beef in pleasant Prairie has had a few growing pains, but our family has been faithful to keep ordering. They really turned things around for the better in the last several months. Very communicative, helpful with issues, actually made improvements to the app for ordering specific things like no salt etc. Definitely a family-oriented restaurant that listens to its consumers. “Just stopped by for a chocolate frosty. The chocolate frosty ice cream was firm. Not a smooth chocolate flavor like it normally is. It's a more bitter like some chocolate flavor ice creams. It WAS NOT all the way full. You would think for the amount increase, they would make the it a point to make sure you got a whole cup full instead....because it is a treat for I our family. “Right when you walk in, you're greeted by the cashier's. They're very thorough taking your order, then they bring it to you ANNNND check up on you minutes later. That's GREAT hospitality!! On top of it the restaurant was spotless and constantly restocked by the employees on the floor.

“This taco bell is the best thing i’ve ever experienced in my entire life. My boyfriend and I have never had a dull experience. The food is always cooked fresh in front of us and served hot. The food is always cooked to perfection and it is a delightful experience to eat. I hope anyone looking for a taco bell chooses this one. The employees are fantastic and both the restaurant and the bathroom are kept spotless. I hope this location stays till the day I die. Definitely a taco bell my boyfriend and i will be telling our future children about. 100/10 recommend. Wish I could give it 10 ⭐️“

“It is a MOD, so you should know what you get... decent pizza for a decent price. On this visit, they were running just a touch behind and offered me a free drink because of it, unprompted (and I wasnt even worried about the timing, as I had no time commitments going on. That was so nice! Few places these days seem to hold themselves accountable. The Oak Creek one sure doesn't.“

“Service is absurdly fast for drive-thru! Highly recommended for a quick stop off the highway. Food is great too. Sitting inside is a little slower, only good because it's a rest stop for truckers attached to a Kwik Trip, otherwise seating is standard.“

“I always ♥ get the 30 pack cheeseburger sliders. Delicious and satisfying the cravings for a snack throughout the day. If you have dogs don't give any cheeseburgers to your four legged loved one because each cheeseburger has tons of onions. Onions are extremely toxic for dogs and they can get real sick.“

“This is one of the best subways I've been to. The staff are very attentive and the management is amazing. Always clean, fresh, well stocked, efficient, and the staff are so welcoming. They remember their customers. I literally drove an extra 10 miles out of my way just to eat here!“

“We were here in and out pretty quick. It was clean and restocked. Just a little water where you refill your drink, so it's not the end of the world. The food was made correctly which I appreciate not having to take something back and wait to have it remade.“

“This McDonald's is a model for how it should be! I went through the drive-thru to pick up my online order, and there were a few cars in line, so I figured it was gonna take at least a few minutes. NOPE! They were so efficient, so courteous, and SO quick! I'd be surprised if I was in the entire drive-thru for more than a single minute. They had everything ready to go at each window, the drink and food was perfect, absolutely zero complaints! Other McDonald's wish they were this good! Thank you, Paddock Lake team!“

“My partner and I are staying nearby and decided to enjoy some Popeyes for our supper tonight. I placed my order online and waited at a table for our order to come up, in the app you cannot specify dine in only delivery or carryout. I had wanted a cherry coke (p.s. the cherry coke was flat and I was super disappointed by that) but also was not able to specify this in app so after I received confirmation of our payment I proceeded to the front to ask to pour my own soda. The cashier was a delight, polite,very helpful and accommodating. A couple orders came up and the caller only shouted a number and I was a little confused by the process as I did not have a number on my receipt so I walked up to view the receipts. The second time I did this, I am assuming here so forgive me if I am wrong, the manager snapped at me that is NOT your order ma'am. I walked back to my table a little perturbed by his attitude. He had taken the food back into the kitchen and then came to our table demanding to see my receipt. I admit I was offended and my response was I don't have one as I tried to open up my app. I asked why he needed my receipt to which he aggressively said with his arms in the air that he was just trying to help find my order. He had walked back into the kitchen at this point. I finally was able to pull up the receipt in my app and showed another staff member who proceeded to walk my order to me. I walked back to the table checking if all my order was in there, it wasn't so I had to walk back to the counter and ask for the 3pc tender that was missing.

Food was great as it always is. Cherry coke was a HUGE letdown it was flat and so I had replaced that with a strawberry Fanta, that was refreshing. Whoever spoke with me was rather unpleasant and I was very irked by his attitude overall. That said I am in the service industry and understand we all have good days and bad. I am going to chalk up his attitude to an off day. I hope he has a better one tomorrow. I will be back again soon.“

“Great food and service. One complaint- employees need to wear hair nets! A young man with long curly hair hanging down while making our sandwiches was kind of gross. At least put your hair up under a cap if not a hair net!! Thank you- we love the food there.“
