“We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. I highly recommend the UG location!“

“Went through the drive through this evening ordering 2 Big Macs and a large fries. Waited 5 minutes to receive the wrong order. When give the correct order the Big Macs where made incorrect and appeared to be done that way on purpose. Both where made the same incorrect way by putting everything on one bun and leaving the top bun empty. It’s one thing to make bad food it is another to intentionally serve bad food.“

“Buona Beef in pleasant Prairie has had a few growing pains, but our family has been faithful to keep ordering. They really turned things around for the better in the last several months. Very communicative, helpful with issues, actually made improvements to the app for ordering specific things like no salt etc. Definitely a family-oriented restaurant that listens to its consumers. “Just stopped by for a chocolate frosty. The chocolate frosty ice cream was firm. Not a smooth chocolate flavor like it normally is. It's a more bitter like some chocolate flavor ice creams. It WAS NOT all the way full. You would think for the amount increase, they would make the it a point to make sure you got a whole cup full instead....because it is a treat for I our family. “The Food here at this location is fresh , and they move fast I got my order in 5 mins. And it was a line before me.
The customer service was great, and the people are polite. I ordered the roast beef and cheddar meal. Fries were extremely fresh! They are my favorite and they gave me extra Arby’s sauce.“

“Came here to get a late dinner around 9:30PM on Saturday. Online, the hours showed both dine-in and drive-thru were open until 2AM. It was only after we saw the workers lock the door around 10PM that we checked the hours on the door and saw they closed the dining room at 9. We felt so bad for the workers because obviously we didn’t know and the doors were still unlocked, but Google needs to fix this.“

“Double slider with cheese, perfect bread to meat to cheese ratio. Super cheap. Very filling.
It is a White Castle, I'm not going to pretend it's a Michelin star restaurant. If you like white castle, then this is a good white castle. But it IS a white castle. If you want like, cleanliness, service or atmosphere, your in the wrong place.

But yeah it's the closest White Castle to me and they make good food so it's 10/10.“

“It is a MOD, so you should know what you get... decent pizza for a decent price. On this visit, they were running just a touch behind and offered me a free drink because of it, unprompted (and I wasnt even worried about the timing, as I had no time commitments going on. That was so nice! Few places these days seem to hold themselves accountable. The Oak Creek one sure doesn't.“

“This place make my subway order more than worth it... From start to finish. The greeting, the making your order the way you ask for it. All the way from entering to exiting. It's ridiculous how good this subway is in my personal opinion. If you like your sub sandwich mediocre don't go to this Subway, Go to cousin subs in kenosha or something where nothing's fresh and managments poor.“

“As an industry rat, i have a hard time not negatively judging everything. We were greeted promptly, offered relevant suggestions, served correctly and promptly and the place was SPOTLESS. Wish this location was closer, locally I've got my choice of a dirty rude grill location or a non food location. Keep up the great work, it's appreciated!“

“I stopped to grab some sandwiches and was very pleased with the whole visit. The workers were friendly and made great food. It was a quick stop to get in, get my food and be on my way. The sandwiches were well wrapped AND labeled! I have been to other sandwich places that just put your stuff in a bag and you get to guess what is what - not that way here!I will definitely stop here again.“

“For a Panda Express this was good.
I had the black sirloin spicy dish. It was, for me, a good level of spice (though I am not a big hot spice person)... But this PE caught my attention because the staff were friendly and this had to be the most tender black sirloin meat I've ever had at one of the Panda Expresses.

We eat at these or Culvers quite a bit as our fast food occasional food, because both have lower sodium options that we can't always find. Give that my husband is on a very low sodium diet, having a place we know he can eat when on a road trip or driving long drive distances means we have some options. Thank you Panda Express.“

“This McDonald's is a model for how it should be! I went through the drive-thru to pick up my online order, and there were a few cars in line, so I figured it was gonna take at least a few minutes. NOPE! They were so efficient, so courteous, and SO quick! I'd be surprised if I was in the entire drive-thru for more than a single minute. They had everything ready to go at each window, the drink and food was perfect, absolutely zero complaints! Other McDonald's wish they were this good! Thank you, Paddock Lake team!“

“We were here in and out pretty quick. It was clean and restocked. Just a little water where you refill your drink, so it's not the end of the world. The food was made correctly which I appreciate not having to take something back and wait to have it remade.“
