“It is a MOD, so you should know what you get... decent pizza for a decent price. On this visit, they were running just a touch behind and offered me a free drink because of it, unprompted (and I wasnt even worried about the timing, as I had no time commitments going on. That was so nice! Few places these days seem to hold themselves accountable. The Oak Creek one sure doesn't.“

“I love eating at the Buona Restaurant in the Kenosha area. But, when I met Erin(the general manager). I just adore her. She is such a great person and always went out of her way to make sure that everyone have a great service and being such a positive influence on her co-workers and speaking very highly of them and valued them.
Ms. Erin, I just want to thank you for making Buona a special place to eat and I love the way that you greet everyone with an heartfelt smile and a sincere appreciation from us as your customers!
