“My favorite fast food chain location in the area. The only thing stopping it from 5 stars is the booth tables are frequently dirty.

Everything else from service to food to value is 5 stars. The staff is usually friendly, quick to apologize if there's even the slightest wait, and will even try to bring my food to me if I'm not waiting at the counter.

I'm a huge fan of the Beefy Potato Loaded Griller (comes a little spicy) for $2.89, finally some chips and dip with neat for under $3, the seasoned fries are delish.

I frequently come between 2-5pm to get a soda for $1 and a slight upcharge for a dirty soda (adding cream). Now if only I could get them to make a Mountain Dew Midnight ZERO I'd be in heaven.“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

Service was fast even though they were busy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. “This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“
