“Stopped by Buona for lunch and was really impressed. The Italian beef was excellent, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Service was fast even though they were busy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. It's getting harder to find fast food places that consistently deliver good food and good service, but Buona definitely does. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Walked in to pick up my order and was attended quite fast. My food wasn't ready but it didnt take long. The cashier was kind and welcoming. I ripped open my bag in the restaurant to check if they had put my Culver sauces in there because other locations dont put them in, but this location did and im very great full for that because I pay .50c each for those. It may not be a lot of money, but it's still a payment that im making for a product. I hope I didnt offend the workers. Would order from here again, i'd just rather use the drive-thru“

Fresh cut fries are preftct .They gave you so much fries , order a small one is enough!
It is worth the money , I got similar burger from other fast food places , few dollars cheaper, a lot smaller and 1/2 quality!“

The pretzel bites were fresh, buttered, and salted in-front of us. The cheese dip was warm and smooth. If I could give 6 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend this shop.“

“my wife’s card was not working at the window and the cashier offered her the food free of charge. my wife came back trying to pay back for it once she got her card working. and the excellent Manager of the store still did not accept the payment 🙏🫶 Good People Among Us and Wendy’s has Wonderful people working hard for them . “At 9:00 p.m., on Friday, December 16, 2022, our group of thirty-plus 6th through 8th graders, and their parents, converged upon 5555 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, IL. Our normal after performance ice cream place had closed early that night, so we set our sets on the next closest, largest and family friendly restaurant…McDonalds. We were loud. 30 kids singing show tunes at 9:00 at night, immediately following a theater performance? We were SO loud and ridiculously unorganized. Your employees, every single one of them still left at the restaurant at that hour, were so kind, patient, understanding, friendly, polite and hard-working. The manager on staff at the time, Cesar Lopez, managed it all beautifully and even kindly suggested we call ahead next time so he can be certain he’ll have enough staff on hand to handle another after-theater surge. While our kids were all mostly well-behaved and polite, it was definitely loud, controlled chaos for a good hour. We’re so very thankful for the extremely respectful way our kids were treated that night. The employees at 5555 Grand Avenue made what could have been a very stressful event into a…non-issue. Which, when you’re trying to corral 30+ adolescents, is a very good thing. You’ve found customers for life.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“
