“This is our family's favorite restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, dinners with large groups...At this point we've been here probably 10 times and never once have we had a bad experience. Every server goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a WOW experience. The food and drinks are amazing every time. Last night we decided to try somewhere new since we just ate at Primo the previous weekend. The prices were the same yet the service and food did not compare. From now on we'll stick with here, where we know we'll have an amazing experience.”

Huge cans of 100% juice in flavors we can't get elsewhere like passion fruit & watermelon. Generous portions, casual atmosphere. Appreciate the padding on the chairs. It's a relaxing place to eat. My family says the food is "amazing" "pita and hummus and shawarma are quite good.". We'll be back.”

“The spicy crab poké bowl was lacking spicy crab, although the kimchi made up for it. Chicken fried rice was very tasty but not enough as a meal. Charsu was very fatty. Beef shoyu ramen was ok. The two slices of beef were a little tough. I liked the tasty broth, with lots of ramen, but I would have liked some kimchi or other pop of flavor.”

“10 STARS IF I COULD When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck. She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend! Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.”

How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!”

“I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! They went above and beyond to take care of my veteran fiancé for Veterans Day, (even though we were a day late in being able to visit), taking care of us like family, from the regional director to all the restaurant staff. The food was terrific and my fiancé loved everything; the food, the staff, and the military/first responders decor, and the respect given to veterans. They even put his picture from his Army service days on their wall, which gave him a huge smile when he saw himself displayed on their wall along with photos of so many other veterans. And even though we don't live nearby, we will make it a point to visit them every time we get the chance to. Thanks again to everyone there!!”

The quality and flavour of all the offerings, together with the fantastic service throughout, and the family atmosphere makes this a gem deserving of all the accolades. Freshly squeezed orange juice, skillets, benedicts, omelettes, sandwiches, waffles, Greek yogurt, and of course the namesake pancakes! The list goes on and on! “My favorite pizza in the area! Gluten-free friendly, amazing food and even better service. I had a large pickup order today for myself and my family and when I arrived the kitchen manager came out to describe that they had to restart one of the pizzas, offering to let me go now with the rest of my order - plus the messup free for extra snackage - and that he would come deliver the remake himself in a bit so I didn’t have to wait. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating during the pickup and communication process. If you haven’t had Kaisers, what’re ya doin??”

“Crumbl Cookie never disappoints! Every time I walk in, the store smells amazing and the staff is super friendly. Their cookies are always warm, soft, and full of flavor. I love that the menu changes every week because there’s always something new and exciting to try. The presentation is so cute, and the pink box makes it feel like a little treat every time.

My favorites so far are the chocolate chip and any of their seasonal flavors — they’re always perfectly baked and taste homemade. If you have a sweet tooth or just want to brighten your day, Crumbl is definitely the place to go! 🍪💗”

“Mom and pop joint with friendly workers/owners. Had the chicken Gyro and fries. The pita can easily rival any top Mediterranean chains. The chicken was soft and the fillings were very fresh. Fries were hot and everything felt like it was prepared fresh in a very short time.

“I stopped by Corndogs by Mr. Cow at Gurnee Mills Mall and it completely exceeded my expectations. The corn dogs are made fresh to order, super crispy on the outside, and perfectly gooey on the inside. The balance of sweet and savory is spot on—it honestly reminded me of the street food I had in Korea.

What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even when there was a bit of a line. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and about the customers, which makes a big difference.

It’s a great change from the typical mall food, and definitely something unique. If you’ve never tried Korean-style corn dogs, this is the place to do it. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m at Gurnee Mills.”

My fiancé ordered salsa and chips for an appetizer and we were both happily surprised with the fresh chips and tasty green salsa! After enjoying our appetizer we both ordered their three taco dinner special for taco Tuesday. My fiancé order steak tacos and I ordered a combination of chicken tinga, chorizo, and their house special campechano. Everything was amazing!!! My fiancé enjoys the spicier salsas and was offered a habenero red salsa. We sampled all three that was received and have nothing but good things to say about them all. But even when it gets cold out, still fun to go to even during a brutal Chicago area winter.This is probably the one ice cream parlor around compared to others that has a huge emphasis on toppings/creations which is definitely their strong point.Always a great selection of flavors between their regular year round and seasonal flavors, prices still seem reasonable although the high-end ice cream chain has never really been cheap and customer service remains consistently good in an always spiffy clean/sanitized atmosphere.CSC obviously does battle with competitors such as Oberweis up the road and Graeter's. When it comes to taste and quality, this place lives up to the price and my kids are well worth it anytime of the year.Only con (which doesn't drag down a 5⭐️ rating) about this place is the parking lot which can be greatly limited especially on wknd nights when nearby Giordano's gets packed. You may find yourself having to park east across the street from Starbucks and walking a bit of distance.”

“Yukon BBQ continues to be one of our favorite BBQ places, and honestly, we’re always looking forward to coming back. From the atmosphere to the service, this place has always felt special to us. The staff is friendly, the restaurant has a great vibe, and overall it’s still a place we recommend all the time to friends and family. We’ve had so many good experiences here over the years, which is why we still gladly give it 5 stars.

One thing we really miss though is the brisket from last year. Back then, the brisket had an amazing deep smoky flavor that made it stand out from other BBQ spots. You could really taste the smoke in every bite, and it honestly felt like the brisket was the star of the menu. Recently, we noticed that the smoky flavor is mostly gone. The brisket is still tender and good, but it doesn’t have that same BBQ “magic” it used to have. The electric smoke flavor—or what we used to call that smoky muse that made the brisket unforgettable—just isn’t there anymore. Because of that, we probably won’t order the brisket again, which honestly makes us a little sad because it used to be our favorite item.

That being said, Yukon BBQ is still a place we truly love. The quality overall is still good, the experience is always enjoyable, and we’ll definitely continue coming back often. We really hope maybe one day the brisket returns to the smoky style it had before, because that was something special and one of the reasons we fell in love with this place in the first place.”
