No thank you .No smile.Chitchatting among themselves.But it wont bother Starbucks as they don’t care much about customer experience .This is inside the Macy’s.
amazing team always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. favorite location in the area. plz don’t remove the ham and swiss baguette again.
The coffee was ok, but tried to come here to do some work when I needed to get out of the house for the morning due to an emergency. Music blasting, no wifi.

The Starbucks located within Macy's at Gurnee Mills is known for its excellent service and caring staff, who take great care of customers. The Peppermint Mochas during the holiday season are also a highlight, making customers happier. Despite the busy atmosphere and obstacles, the lead employee remains friendly and positive, and the drinks are consistently good.
